What makes you laugh? |
 |
Not sure if Bridget Jones modelled her life on mine or vice versa! |
What are your greatest achievements? |
In 2005, I gave up a successful career to return to study at The Coaching Academy in London where I gained my qualifications with distinction.
This allowed me to re-write the life plan to give me much more flexibility in my own work/life balance. |
| What music do you like? |
| A pink i-pod owner - much to the amusement of my children, as technology is not my strongest point! I love classical music, but one of my favorite pieces is “Time to say goodbye” sung by Sarah Brightman. I once heard this whilst staying at The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas as the fountains danced to the music! |
 |
| Do you like to travel? |
Part of changing my work/life balance was to create time to do more travelling, so YES! In 2009, I was fortunate to travel to five different holiday destinations, and enjoy living amongst the locals and where possible try to speak the language! |

What do you like to read? |
I read a lot for my work and most of this is motivational/inspiration reading. My current favorite books are by Laura Berman Fortgang and are “Take yourself to the top” and “Living your best Life”.
Well worth a read! |
| What are your favourite films/shows? |
| Not a big film watcher as I would much prefer to go and see a live show, I adore going to London to see a west end show and have seen most of them, including the Lion King…three times! |
| Describe your perfect day? |
Slow start – no longer a morning person having spent 20 years getting up at 5.30am and battling Britain’s motorways! An hour walking in the park followed by coffee and a little people watching then visits a local market town and have a look round the smaller unusual gift shops looking for unique gifts for family and friends that will bring a smile to their face. |
| What are your hobbies? |
Travel and researching the next holiday adventure! I am also a passionate gardener! growing a variety of organic vegetables as well as all the flowers! My garden is a place to entertain family and friends and chill out with a glass of wine. I much prefer casual relaxed dining alfresco to formal dining. |
